ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. This applies to all products sold by us. If an item is new and defective, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We are not the manufacturer and we do not provide warranty service.
For firearms shipped to your FFL dealer, once the firearm has been transferred, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please inspect all firearms before accepting the transfer.
ACCOUNTS & ORDERING
Guest Checkout Fee: There’s a small $2.99 fee for guest checkout. Because guest orders require extra handling, they’re a bit more work to manage. You can skip this fee by creating an account — it’s quick, free, and makes future orders easier too!
You must create your account using your legal name or the name on your credit card. Aliases cannot be used. Accounts and orders must be under a single name, and the purchaser must match the account holder.
If you would like to send a gift, please have it shipped to you first or purchase a gift card for them.
Your billing and shipping addresses must match. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact us first. With proper verification, we may accommodate your request.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearms, magazines, and restricted items. However, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local and state laws before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in their original manufacturer’s packaging and include any applicable magazines, accessories, and warranties. All firearm sales are final. For warranty issues, contact the manufacturer directly.
PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. The customer is responsible for confirming that their selected FFL dealer is open, accepts shipments, and will perform the transfer. Transfer fees vary and are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not substitute or modify magazines to meet compliance laws. If your FFL will accept non-compliant items without modification, you must inform us before we ship. Orders refused by an FFL due to compliance issues are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded. This policy is non-negotiable.
PURCHASING AMMUNITION ONLINE
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and 21 or older for handgun ammunition.
Some states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL, and others may require credentials. If documentation is needed, we will notify you. All ammunition ships via ground service with adult signature required, and all sales are final.
PURCHASING OPTICS / LIGHTS / LASERS ONLINE
Due to increased fraud, purchases of optics, weapon lights, or lasers may require signature delivery and identity verification. If verification is refused, the order is subject to cancellation fees.
PRODUCTS PROHIBITED FROM BEING DROP SHIPPED
Some manufacturers do not allow our distribution warehouses to ship directly to an FFL dealer or to a customer. These items must be shipped to us first, and we must ship them to the FFL dealer or customer. Below is a list of these manufacturers.

WEBSITE ERRORS
Distributors supply our product catalog, and occasionally, product details, images, and specifications may be inaccurate. We cannot offer returns, discounts, or refunds due to such errors. If you are uncertain, verify the UPC and product details with the manufacturer before placing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by pricing or listing errors.
RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS
All sales are final. Manufacturer warranties apply; for any issues, please get in touch with the manufacturer directly. If they are unable to assist, we will do our best to help.
The following returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways:
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
- Undeliverable items for any reason.
- The item is illegal in your state.
- Failed background check.
- The dealer denies the transfer for any reason.
- The purchaser is underage.
Returns must be pre-approved and shipped to the designated return location.
Order cancellations must occur before the order is shipped or submitted to our distributor (for items not in local inventory). Cancellations incur a $10 fee, unless the cancellation is due to an out-of-stock status.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Some of the products we sell ship from our local store, while others ship from one of several distribution warehouses across the country. Because these locations are in different cities, we’re not able to combine shipments from multiple warehouses — and each warehouse applies its own shipping charge.
When your order includes items from more than one warehouse, you may notice higher shipping costs. On the other hand, if you add more items from the same warehouse, the shipping increase is usually minimal.
Our website is designed to always show you the product with the lowest price available — but sometimes that lower price is from a different warehouse than the one already handling the rest of your order. In some cases, an item may be available from a warehouse already in your shipping group, but at a slightly higher price.
If you notice this, feel free to reach out to us. We may be able to adjust your order to combine shipments and refund part of the shipping cost. We’re happy to help when possible!
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. If an item is required to be shipped to us first before being shipped to you, please allow a few extra days. Orders may be delayed during holidays or due to distributor restrictions. You will receive tracking information by email once the order ships.
Shipping rates apply only to the contiguous U.S. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply to Alaska and Hawaii — please contact us for a quote.
Orders over 100 lbs may require additional shipping fees. We will contact you if applicable.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. Without insurance, the customer is fully responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, and misdelivered packages. Insurance is affordable and helps protect your investment.

- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
INDEMNIFICATION
If I misrepresent myself or violate these terms, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Gun Shop USA, LLC and its agents from any resulting liability.
I release The Gun Shop USA, LLC from all liability for use or misuse of any product purchased and agree to hold the company harmless from any resulting claims.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Dispute resolution must be handled individually, rather than through class action proceedings.
TRADEMARKS
The Gun Shop USA trademarks may not be used in connection with any unrelated product or in any way that may cause confusion.
